Welcome to Level Zero Museum. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, as well as your interactions and visits to our retro gaming exhibits and interactive play zones. By accessing our platform or purchasing an entry ticket, you agree to comply with these guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Visitor Conduct

Our collection features authentic hardware, classic consoles, and original arcade cabinets. To ensure these artifacts remain functional for future generations, we require all visitors to treat the equipment with respect.

  • Do not use excessive force on joysticks, buttons, or controllers.
  • Food and drink are strictly prohibited in the active play zones and exhibit halls.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Management reserves the right to ask visitors to leave if they are found damaging equipment or acting disruptively.

Tickets and Admissions

All ticket sales are subject to availability. Standard entry tickets grant access to the main exhibits and the designated free-play gaming areas. Some special events or private group bookings may require separate passes. Tickets are non-refundable unless the museum closes unexpectedly on the date of your booking. For group visits and private hires, specific cancellation policies will be outlined in your booking agreement.

Liability and Maintenance

While we pride ourselves on maintaining vintage hardware, retro machines are prone to sudden technical faults. We do not guarantee that every single machine or game will be operational on the day of your visit.

Level Zero Museum accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. Visitors participate in all interactive activities at their own risk.
